# Performance Measurement

## What it is

Measurement is an intelligent, customizable dashboard solution that helps agencies move beyond static reporting into real-time recommendations. Instead of stopping at *what happened*, Measurement interprets campaign performance data and suggests *what to do next*.

## How it works

**Start with pre-built dashboards**\
Measurement opens with a ready-made dashboard that is pre-configured with key performance views. Teams can dive straight into metrics like impressions, clicks, completions, spend, and pacing without setup time. Tabs such as Overview, Deep Dive, Pacing, Impressions, and Creative drill deeper into performance, making it easy to get an immediate sense of what’s working and what isn’t.

**Get AI recommendations**\
Measurement doesn’t just display data; it interprets it. AI-generated summaries highlight trends, risks, and optimization opportunities automatically — for example, surfacing where clicks are under- or over-performing relative to spend. This gives buyers a head start on insight generation and accelerates the move from observation to action.

**Explore and analyze**\
Users can interact with the data through embedded filters and natural language chat. Filters allow quick adjustments to timeframes, campaigns, lines of business, or channels, while chat enables anyone to ask questions of a specific chart or the entire dashboard. Instant analysis comes back in real time, eliminating the need for analyst tickets or back-and-forth.

**Customize and share**\
Measurement is flexible by design. Content blocks can be removed or added, new charts can be built directly through chat, and entire dashboards can be duplicated for client-specific needs. Tabs can also be restructured or expanded, and dashboards are easy to share externally, complete with collaboration features like comments.

**Extend insights to future workflows**\
The value of Measurement extends beyond campaign reporting. Insights can be pulled upstream to inform strategy, targeting and planning, ensuring that learnings flow directly into future efforts. Because the dashboard framework is so adaptable, it can be used to visualize virtually any type of data, not just performance measurement.
